Working principle
An air stream, sterilized by an H14 filter is directed as laminar air
flow towards the working surface ensuring total particle elimination in the
work space, part of this air is recirculated and the rest is exhausted to
the Laboratory at the upper part of the cabinet, thus causing a negative
barrier in the front access to avoid contaminations,
All the process is completely controlled by a FLASH memory upgradeable
microprocessor.
Construction:
- Painted steel, covered with corrosion resistant paints
- High efficiency filter type H14 (EN 1822) with an 99.995% MPPS
efficiency
- Low noise, high capacity motorblower to handle all the air movement
requirement in excess.
- Vertical laminar air flow maintaining a Class 10 (Fed. Std 209)
environment. 80% recirculation and 20% exhaust.
- All the functions of the machine are controlled by a microprocessor,
whose program can be upgrades at any time the international regulations
change.
- Control panel to manage Lights, UV, power supply, gas, stand by,
etc...
- Permanent stand by speed to maintain the sterility of the working area
overnight.
- Stainless steel working surface with 8 mm vain for the collection of
spilled liquids.
- 220V supply inside included
Optionals.
- Analogical manometer to check the clogging of the filters
- Vacuum , gas connections
- Frontal closure with formalin vaporizer.
- Formalin vaporizer for the sterilization of the unit.
